No Drugs: No recreational or illegal drug use is allowed on the property at any time.

Check-Out Rules: Check-out is 11 AM, and late check-out without approval is $200 per hour.

Children Safety: Kids are welcome, but the home isn’t childproof and requires close supervision.

Pool/Hot Tub: Some sand or cloudiness is normal, and water is maintained regularly.

Access Areas: Locked closets or cabinets are owner-only and should not be opened or tampered with.

Packages & Deliveries: Deliveries are the guest’s responsibility, and retrieval help may include fees.

Guest Count: All overnight guests must be registered, and occupancy limits must be followed.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are for safety only and must not be covered or tampered with.

Overnight Guests: All overnight guests must be approved, and no unregistered sleepovers are allowed.
