'The location and resort was beautiful. The pricing and food quality were not in sync. Very small portion, small selection, and quality was not there. We left the resort several nights for dinner and needed to go grocery shopping. Most of us were hungry after eating meals and spending an amount that should not have left us hungry. '

'Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.'

'Prachtig hotel, gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de zee en zwembad! Eetgelegenheid (deel hotel) ligt op het strand, dus vlakbij (even weggetje oversteken). Erg gezellige sfeer! Verder 10 min lopen naar het drukke/levendige Las Terrenas. Personeel en service van hottel top, receptie en enkele bediening spreken Engels.
