The beach is suitable for families with children as there is an abundance of shallow waters. Next to Fig Tree Bay is the sought after Protaras strip where you can find a vast amount of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs that suite all needs.

Back at the Villa, the swimming pool area offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with exquisite, solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.

The swimming pool has variable depths and has flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with an eight-piece comfortable rattan set.

Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with a large white L shaped leather sofa gathered around the modern coffee table that provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

On the ground floor you’ll find a large air-conditioned twin room and a bathroom with shower, providing convenience for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms are on the first floor and can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.

The en-suite Master bedroom is with a shower and furnished with a queen bed and direct access to the veranda which has unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
