The Résidence Cap Groix enjoys an ideal seaside location and this 2-bedroom apartment boasts a beautiful sea view. Located on the 1st floor with elevator access, it comprises an entrance hall with large closets, a bright living room opening onto a lovely terrace with sea views, and a fitted and equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) opening onto another balcony. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm), and the other has two single pull-out beds (90cm). There is also a shower room and a toilet. For added convenience, the property includes private parking.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
