'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—from the front desk team to the lifeguards. Everyone made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options, although I would have appreciated a fish dish as an additional choice.
My only minor complaint is the toilet seat in our room. It was quite wobbly and seems like it’s due for a replacement. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider...

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did.
Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake!
My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son.
Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Kamer is redelijk groot. Badkamer is super plus groot dan de gewone badkamer. Ze hebben zwembad maar we hebben enkel overnachting gedaan. Restaurant is ook op de bovenste verdiep. Heel mooi gericht! Zicht op Mactan en luchthaven. Prijs van het eten is ook redelijk goed. Ontbijt is ala carte. Gewone Filippijns ontbijt.'
