Welcome to your home away from home — a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation retreat located in the historic town of Lantana, Florida.
Just a short walk from the Lantana Beach, charming cafes, and local restaurants, this modern home offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Grocery stores like Publix, Costco, and other convenience stores are all just minutes away.
Check-In Information
Your personal 4-digit door access code will be emailed 24–48 hours before your arrival, along with any additional instructions.
To lock the door: Press the lock button when leaving — it will secure automatically.
Please ensure the door is locked each time you leave the property.

Air Conditioning
The thermostat is preset and locked to protect the system.
Minimum temperature: 74°F
You can raise the temperature if desired.
Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
Close blinds during hot days to keep the home cool.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are located at the back of the building.
Keys are on the kitchen wall above the dishwasher.
Use the washer/dryer labeled UNIT #1.
Please clean the dryer lint filter after each use.
Lock the laundry room door after use.
Laundry use is not permitted during quiet hours (11 PM – 7 AM).

Kitchen Amenities
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including:
Dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Keurig and regular coffee maker with grinder
Magic Bullet blender
Toaster and kettle
Feel free to explore the cupboards—you’ll find plenty of extras to make your stay comfortable.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
No smoking indoors (you may smoke outside)
No pets allowed
No parties or excessive noise (quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM per city law)
Please remove shoes inside the home to keep it clean
Turn off lights when leaving
Always lock doors when you leave
Place used towels in baskets before checkout
Load and start the dishwasher before leaving
Garbage pickup: Monday & Thursday — if you’re staying during those days, please place bins at the curb the night before
