'We were very happy from the beginning until the end of our stay in this Club. All the facilities were great and the location is fantastic. Specially with children lots to do in the club and nearby. Many thanks and special recognition to all the staf that works at Belambra. They're all very kind, they were very helpful at all times to attend to our special needs. 'It’s in the middle of the mountains, great for if you want peace. The road to get there is challenging, don’t drive at night, no street lights. Staff was nice, and suitable for overal a mature guests, no children. '

'This hotel was rated highly and priced as though it was a high end property - it is not. It is an ancient chateau remodeled into a 1970s motel with amateur carpentry. Upon arrival the manager attempted to upsell us on-site breakfast and booking a dinner reservation through her website instead of showing us to our room. Our room was surprising, as it was not attractive or comfortable. There was a giant space heater to be plugged in because the proprietor turns off the heat at night - in December!...
