The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The WC is separate. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a washer-dryer. The accommodation is not accessible without steps.

The 90sqm first floor apartment with two terraces offers space for up to 4 people and is quiet despite its central location. A parking space is available in the underground garage, which is also suitable for bicycles (lockable).
