Located on a quiet side street in the beautiful Lancaster County. It is a quarter acre property that is well-maintained with a newly remodeled bi-level house (exterior still needs work, dont let that scare you). A solid block house built in the 1950s, has lots of charm, hardwood floors and neutral colors. Three bedrooms, one full bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living room area. It has a yard out back if you enjoy sitting outside.
Sight & Sound Theater (4.4 miles), American Music Theater, Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Railroad, Choo Choo Barn, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, Lancaster Convention Center, American Music Theatre, Amish Buggy Rides all within 10-20 minutes of here. Towns of Bird-in-Hand, Intercourse, Strasburg, Paradise, Lancaster City and even Lititz are all very near-by. Very centrally located. Many chain restaurants with-in 5-10 minutes, and Tanger Outlets too!! Also some specialty restaurants such as Katies Kitchen, Dienner’s, Miller’s Smorgasboard, Agape Cafe, Village Cafe, Tomato Pie Cafe, & Hudson Botanical. Best coffee shop around… Latte Luv by far the best (has 3 locations, 2 are walk-in,Paradise location is drive-thru only).
All of the tourist attractions near-by but the property is located on a quiet off street. Family oriented neighborhood with Amish neighbors across the street.
