'We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!'

Although later we realized they had known about road blocks and staff taking off. 'The resort was in the perfect location! We had a wonderful time walking up and down the beach and Whaler Village is literally right next to it less than five min walk. They had tons of shops and great food options! '

Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed'

It would be great if the hotel had a lifeguard on duty for the beach area. The grounds keep was good but could be a little better. The halls were a bit dirty but the outside areas were clean.
