Property was perfect for our large group. Pool was close and the Baxter Marina is walking distance.

Family Fun

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house had everything we needed for a family of 21 guests plenty of space for everyone. The location was great we loved the pool and the marina being so close was a plus. Plenty of things to do in the area so no one was bored. We will probably be coming back again.

4-generation family vacat

Karen was very helpful and the place was truly wonderful! It exceeded our expectations. Just DO NOT count on having consistent internet connections in that area or other areas of the region. It’s really a plus to be often “off the grid” as long as you don’t need it. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Family vacation

The property was very clean, spacious, modern and stocked with plenty of everything needed for our vacation. We had easy access to the marina and lake. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to book again.

PARSONS BRANSON TRIP MAY2022

To Whom this may concern, Our visit to TalbeRock in your cabins were very challenging. I feel like we lost 2 vacation days dealing with cabin issues that could have been resolved prior to our visit, had a walk through been done. I had my older 2 aunts, 3 pregnant women, 1 elder cousin on dialysis, that were present. The 1st day my Texas family was unable to shower after several hrs of travel because both houses had brown water and house 20 had gas odors coming from the shower drains. We had to purchase water for cooking, dishes, and bathing, a few people did bathe resulted to getting sick having to end their trip sooner than planned. Below are a list of issues we had to deal with during our stay, I just want to mention the property was beautiful and I really like Karen she’s very pleasant and tried to resolve issues, regardless we still lost 1 1/2 days of vacation and some guests more House # 14 7 bedrooms instead of 8 No laundry detergent The internet didn’t work the 1st day Spider webs all over the inside property and outside doors, railings, deck chairs Spider webs and eggs all over inside corners, window ceils, beds (3 of the main bed room beds under the covers, (when flat sheets were pulled back) and bunk room All water was brown for 1 1/2 days,causing us not to be able to shower, bathe, cook, or drink, made some of the family sick, causing us not to go on the Branson strip as planned on our last day, cases of water were purchased by family, it was just too much for just one or two people to go and buy. So all family just started purchasing water for use Floors were filthy ( had not been swept or mopped) Karen had her cleaning crew come to clean the property as I requested. Downstairs bathrooms toilets were absolutely disgusting( dark rings around the inside of the toilet) Multiple sliding doors didn’t lock House # 20 Spider webs and eggs every where Crumbs in the bunk room beds Ant investigation in 1st basement bedroom on the left side, ants were in the bed as well.

Thanksgiving

The house was clean and had plenty of room for our big crew. The game room kept the kids busy and happy! The kitchen was a little tight when cooking Thanksgiving dinner for 18, but good size otherwise. The location was beautiful and the deck had fantastic views! We also enjoyed the neighborhood cat that visited us a few times!

Nice place

Nice clean place with plenty of room. Nice size kitchen and plenty of bathrooms ,which is great if you are with a large group. Big deck to gather on and a pool that is just for the homes there and it’s never to packed. The kids love it. Everyone loves it. We have stayed before and will be back again.

Spacious and inviting

We had a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party and the Buffalo Lodge was the perfect place to make a home cooked meal, get ready, and make some good memories! The property was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Everyone raves about the comfortable beds and cozy blankets. We loved our stay!

Family reunion perfect!

Ideal for large multi family groups. Spacious, lots of cooking and entertaining spaces. Beautifully decorated and wonderful views of the lake. Only recommendation is if you are cooking for a large group bring trays, serving pieces, etc. all of this can be bought cheaply and locally at the DG so definitely not saying this is a negative.

Great time in a great house

Overall it was a very positive experience locating a vacation home for our large family using VRBO. My only suggestion would be to allow a way to split payments because when multiple families are getting together it can be hassle getting all the money to one person. If each family group could pay their part in VRBO, it would be so much more convenient. Our property owner was wonderful to deal with and the home was everything we wanted and expected from the pictures and information on the VRBO site. The number of miles from local attractions was a little deceptive only because it involved lots of narrow winding roads. Also there was construction going on around the property but it didn’t really have much impact on us.
