This 320 sqm property is located near all the amenities in a residential neighbourhood in Lambesc between the Pays d’Aix, the Luberon and the Alpilles areas.
It is set in a 5000 sqm landscaped garden with a 14 x 5 metre swimming pool (motorised shutter, alarm, optional heating), a jacuzzi for 7, a trampoline, ping-pong table and fish-pond (not enclosed).
With air conditioning for the summer months, and floor-heating, radiators and a fireplace for the winter.
It includes a living/reception room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining facilities for 14 opening onto a covered terrace, a media lounge with a bar, a library, a flat-screen and a home treadmill, a separate study, a master suite with a bathroom, and a utility room.
Upstairs are 6 bedrooms all with bath or shower rooms, a linen room, a study with a piano, and a separate wc.
Two bedrooms share a terrace, two have mezzanine beds.
A resident caretaker is in a shepherd’s hut at the bottom of the garden, without infringing on guests’ privacy.
Starlink internet, audio system.
The owner’s cat shall share your accommodation throughout your visit.
Available throughout the year, ideally from Saturday to Saturday during July and August.

Short-term stays (3 days +) are possible other months.
