'Overall this is a fine, normal Hampton Inn and we had a good stay. We were upgraded to a better room with spa tub, which was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy. Few little annoying housekeeping glitches- no available cups or glasses in the bathroom or with the coffeemaker- we had to pick up a couple in the breakfast area ourselves. 'Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.'

'Nobody at check in or out . Had to call and leave message, then checked in through ring doorbell. Room key was in left in open room. Cold, but could not adjust heat. TV did not work, but no way to report for maintenance. Will never stay again.'

'Nice room and very professional staff however bathroom fan was not working and there was no night light option in the bathroom especially when you wake up in the middle of night and want to use the bathroom, the installed lights were too bright and not ideal in that case. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience despite those issue. '
