Hôtel près de Lake Worth (Fort Worth)

« Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will...

« Clean, safe, well kept property. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Our tv needed attention and the staff came immediately to repair it. Comfortable bed, nice to have a fridge and kitchen sink. Good water pressure. »

« This was perfect! The unit was so cute and clean, the bed was so comfortable especially after a 10 hour drive. The start was so friendly. The ambience and vibe was super chill. Cute outside area for playing games and pool area fun. Rooftop on unit was lovely. 10/10 recommend! »

« 2 au 9 décembre 2018 Déjeuner très incomplet et de qualité médiocre. Pas de salle de lavage, une seule laveuse et sécheuse dans le corridor à l'extérieur. Corridors et escaliers TRÈS sales, pas nettoyés durant toute une semaine. Insonorisation de la porte de la chambre inexistante. »

« La literie est moyenne, les réceptionnistes nous ont dit que le petit déjeuner était servi le dimanche jusqu’à 9h39 à deux reprises , arrivés dans la salle le manager nous annonce 9 h donc pas de petit déjeuner pour nous !!! Pas terrible le service ce qui est rare aux EU. Barbecues sales , fumeurs de weed nombreux dans l hôtel d où l odeur présente dans l hotel »

« Très bon hôtel, malheureusement mal insonorisé par rapport aux bruits de la route. J'avais une chambre sur le devant, je pense que l'arrière de l'hôtel serait un peu mieux. J'ai essayé de changer pour ma deuxième nuit, mais ce n'a pas été possible. Accès et parking faciles. Petit déjeuner excellent. Belle chambre vaste. Très mauvaise connexion Internet. Prix correct pour Fort Worth. Donc note globale 4/5. »
