Positief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We stayed in a king room in the Remus tower. Originally I booked a room in the Romulus tower but they apparently oversold the deluxe room type. No big deal as they comped our resort fees but still a weird way to start. We stayed for 4 nights, and on the 3rd night we requested room service figuring we should probably get some fresh towels and actually get K cups, water bottles and tea as there were never any to begin with. I used their texting concierge service and made the request at 7am the Saturday we were there, and said we would be back by 1pm. We got back from skiing Kirkwood at about 2 and the room was not made. I was furious, and was only told that we would be on the cleaning list for the day. How crappy, so we said forget about it. Magically the next morning around check out housekeeping was near our room. Thus, our stay wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the absolute worst. A 3 star rating seems accurate because the room was gorgeous, the hotel itself is perfectly located and had good amenities. I would be excited to see how the new remodels look like. But don’t be blown away by the hotel service and have that expectation when staying here.
