'When I first walked in to the hotel, I became worried that I made a mistake. It smelled VERY strongly of perfume on the first floor. Our room was on the second floor and didn't smell, thankfully. The room was clean and our bedding was clean. Only real complaint is the bed and pillows. Both my husband and I sunk into the bed and it made sleeping difficult. But overall, I am not disappointed with the stay.'

'Convenient to where I needed to be'

'Mooie omgeving. De kamers en faciliteiten zijn wat gedateerd maar kwalitatief wel goed. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was that they're under staffed or not trained very well. The front desk was very kind but I tried to call from my room 2 seperated evenings but no one answered so we had to load up little kids and go all the way downstairs and ask very simple questions.'

'Nita at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to Tavares historic district and beautiful waterfront.'

'The front staff was amazing! My bf and I enjoyed how spacious the room was. He loved the smell of the shower gel. The only real issues for us were the pillows( not soft enough and there were only 3, most hotels offer 4 for the king-sized beds. And the biggest issue honestly was the size of the TV and the difficulty trying to get the TV to work correctly. The shower was amazing, my bf commented on how good the water pressure was. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also, we LOVED the pool!'
