This spacious 2 story, newly remodeled, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for a fun filled family vacation or a nice relaxing getaway.
Private rooms provide a cozy place to wind down and watch movies or ideal for sleeping in with blackout curtains. Each bedroom is equipped with smart tv’s and complimentary wifi.
Wake up to spectacular sunrises from the beautiful master suite with stunning views of Lake Placid.
The large open concept kitchen is well equipped with cooking essentials like a Keurig coffee maker, dishware, flatware, toaster and mixer as well as stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.
Your family will enjoy the fun filled game room with a professional sized pool table, video arcade games, foosball table and plenty of games for adults and kids. You will also find a large, smart flat screen tv to watch your favorite sports or live streaming movies.
The family room is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. Have your favorite cup of coffee in the beautiful sunroom and enjoy the lake view or some well deserved R&R.

Fabulous Home, Beautiful Property, Super Hosts!!!
What a fantastic home for family getaways! My team is on the road so much they really appreciate the comfort and tranquility of staying in a home rather than just another hotel. Orlando and Yoli (Spelling? apologies) are just the BEST, most fun hosts, they made sure our guys had everything they could have wanted. The home is large, roomy and offers something for everyone. It is SPOTLESS with beautiful decor. The game room was a blast, just a super fun place to be. The yard/lake WOW! Talk about peaceful, a resort-like setting, this is IT! I booked the Team here for work. All four guests say they want to bring their families back, when they will have more time to enjoy all this lovely property has to offer. Their only regret was that they didn't have more time to just stay home. This magnificent property is a fantastic home away from home. Not one complaint at all. Super Awesome! THANK YOU ORLANDO & YOLI (again, forgive my spelling) for being such awesome hosts - it was a great pleasure working with you! Looking forward to coming back again in 2025. Thank you!!

House spacious and nicely appointed! Accommodated our 8 adults and 3 children very comfortably!! We brought our own boat and had tons of fun! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! Will return to Lake Placid!! Thank you!!

Excellent stay
We had the chance to come to the lake for Fourth of July weekend this house was very accommodating and very clean very open with 11 people staying in the house had plenty of space. The view every morning on the lake is gorgeous boat ramp is right down the street I am definitely going to book this house again!
