This three bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental is the perfect spot to enjoy your Adirondack Vacation. The entry level has the first bedroom with 1 Queen bed and fireplace, den with flat screen TV, laundry room and full bathroom with a standup shower. The second level has an open kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and deck, dining room and half bath. The third level includes the Master bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. The unique three-level layout offers privacy to family members and is a short walk to the main street shops, restaurants, tennis courts, beach and ice skating rinks. Beautifully decorated, this townhouse has spectacular views of the mountains from the Master bedroom, living room and the deck.

Guests can access the house from the ground floor where there is space to drop and store your winter/summer gear. There is also access in the back of the house which opens up into the Kitchen/Living room area.

This townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid. There is also The Lake Placid XPRESS shuttle.

Bigger than expected

The foto's are accurate, but the house still is bigger in reality. Lake placid is a very nice and pittoresque place. Host is great and eveything was taken care of. We only stayed for two days, but we had nothing more to wish for. Kids liked the playstation and we liked all the references to the olympics.

Keys were super accessible and it was easy to figure out the lock, and the place was well-stocked with board games for a snowy afternoon in! Beautiful quiet location and the room-by-room sensitive heating controls made it one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. The downstairs mattress wasn't my favorite but I'm unsure if it was genuinely old or just not to my taste. None of my friends in other rooms had complaints about the beds.

The house is very spacious and accommodated my entire family of 6 comfortably with many rooms and bathrooms to spare. The common areas and the kitchen are very nice and well equipped. Wendy, the owner really takes care of her property. I look forward to return next year with my family and stay in this house again.

Came here for a skating camp. Have stayed in this area before many times and enjoy the townhouses here. This one was good. We grilled each night and enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. Comfy beds. Some wooden areas in the kitchen and door pulls falling apart, but nothing that made the stay an issue! Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean but there was a musty sort of odor on bottom level. Assuming it may be from former pets as it is a pet friendly property which I failed to notice. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out but it was unbearably hot the first day. One of the ceiling fans in the 3rd floor queen bedroom wasn't working so that didn't help. The owner reached out to tell me but it was too much for us to have to go bother with purchasing a fan. It would be very helpful in the heat for oscillating fans to be provided in each bedroom and on the main level. The ceiling fans just don't do enough. We also found the bed on the main level to be a bit uncomfortable and really could be updated. Very loud every time you move the slightest bit. The Keurig was pretty dirty too so we just used the regular coffee pot which was fine. Wendy was very responsive whenever I reached out. One of the twin beds was missing a top sheet and the other had flannel sheets on it which were unbearable in the heat and I had to change them for my son. Some small changes and I would give property a higher rating. Good location.

A Wonderful Stay in Lake Placid

The townhouse was cozy and very clean and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. We drove to the downtown area, Olympic sites & restaurants because it was between -2F & 15F during waking hours (& 4 of our party were children) but it is walkable in warmer weather! Wendy was an excellent host and we’d love to stay again someday!

We truly enjoyed our short stay in Lake Placid. Our experience in this condo was fantastic. We have a family of five and each member enjoyed a quiet, warm, and comfortable sleeping space. Great Stay

We rented this property from 21-24 Dec 2024 and had a great time. The unit was clean, well stocked and well maintained. There was more than enough room for our family of five, and could have fit another 3 or so easily. There were clear instructions for everything, and the host was very responsive with a few questions we had prior to arrival.
