'Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend.'

'Bad internet and bathroom not clean.'

'We logeerden in de cottage. Heel mooie ruime propere kamer(s).

'Rooms were nice and clean with a nice feel of new and old bits and pieces which we liked. Staff (Calum) family run hotel was lovely very helpful on any knowledge about Callander what to do and see and always had time for a blether. Breakfast was lovely and tasty both mornings, nothing was a problem and went that extra mile to make the stay a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. 3 Adults in adjoining rooms.'

'Free parking, Close to National parks'

'We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast.'

'Net hotel, vriendelijk personeel. '

'It was really difficult to unlock and open the doors, the locks were loose and the door handles were coming off. When we arrived and went into the bathroom there was a roll of toilet paper with poop on it. I went out to the hall and was able to find an open closet with toilet paper, but that was really gross to come into a room and see that. The television in one of our rooms did not work. The toilet in the other room would not flush. There was two minutes of warm water in the shower before...

'The location around the loch was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious with two bathrooms. The main bed was hard but good. The second bed was terrible. It was folded away in the main closet in the living room. The mattress was too short and very thin. With a minor investment a good sleeping couch would make it very nice and at least 5 stars. But since the whole purpose of a room is sleeping I have it a lower score. The interior was a bit outdated but very...

'This apartment was wonderful. Comfortable and clean. We easily got in and out. Such an amazing first experience. The staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant was delightful with amazing food!'
