Peaceful - Perfect!

Highly recommended! We were looking for a home with a private pool and this was the perfect home! We have stayed at many VRBOs and this home was one of the CLEANEST homes we have visited. It was the perfect location - just outside the city so it was quiet and peaceful - but still just a few minutes drive to the City. There were a few restaurants within just minutes (BlondZee's - great burger and breakfast) and (Locos Bar and Cocina for delicious Mexican Food). Were were in Havasu City for the Desert Storm event which was loud and fun - so this home was the perfect place to return to after a day in the City. Communication beforehand with the owners were much appreciated - the management company was quick and professional when responding. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best. We loved sitting on the deck with a view of the lake at sunset. The extra large garage was a plus for putting our sidexsides in while we went out. The owner was very communicative with us on anything we needed. This property was fantastic. The view of the lake was nice the home was very clean. The pool didnt need to be heated it was like warm bath water just from the sun. The only downside during our stay was the road work in front of the house made it a little odd backing our boat in.

Property was as described, even more beautiful in person. Excellent location to downtown Lake Havasu and all attractions, shopping and dining. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood setting. The house was absolutely lovely, offering plenty of amenities to keep us entertained! Three couples flew into Las Vegas, embarking on a scenic two-hour journey to our accommodation. Upon arrival, we found the house to be well-equipped, requiring only our provisions to make it feel like home. The owner was extremely helpful and readily available, which eased any concerns we had. The house was spacious and the double ovens in the kitchen were appreciated! We also enjoyed grilling out on the large outdoor patio. But relaxing in the hot tub after our excursions always ended our evenings on a relaxing note!

My husband and I have stayed at this home several times. We love the comfort of the home, the RV garage is long enough for our 28’ boat and truck so we don’t have to disconnect, the view and pool are added bonuses!! We will be back again.

Lovely house with a great view!

This is a beautiful house that is set up to accommodate a large family, or two traveling pairs, well. We stayed as a family, (husband, wife, and two young adults) and they each brought a friend. However, since the guest bedroom has its own bathroom, it could easily accommodate two groups of friends. The kitchen and living space were large and very functional. The view is expansive and pretty. We did have an issue trying to heat the pool, but not the spa. We eventually contacted the owner, who was very nice and offered to have the pool guy come help us, but since we didn't want to take the time, we declined. After several attempts, using the remote pad, we able to get the pool heated on the last day. The kids used the pool anyway, so all good. The garage is large and we were able to park both cars inside, which was nice. The house is the largest and prettiest in the neighborhood, which is on the very North end of town, near Lowes, Home Depot, and a small shopping mall. (: We would enjoy staying again. Thank you for a nice stay!
