This newly remodeled and spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath pool home is the ultimate retreat if you’re looking to relax, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories at the lake. Plenty of parking and RV parking for your vehicles and toys.

A fantastic location just minutes from the London Bridge, marinas and downtown.

Upon arrival, you’ll notice the landscaped front area with plenty of parking and side/RV parking for all of your vehicles and toys. (No street parking).

We accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably with no need to sleep on the couch or air mattresses. This is an ideal choice for families or friends!

• Primary Suite: California King bed, 55” TV, luxurious en suite bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, spacious walk-in closet and premium linens. Blow dryer available.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and premium linens.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and cozy vibes with premium linens.

• Bedroom 4: Full-over-full bunk beds + full trundle, with premium linens, 36” smart TV, and a Pac-Man arcade machine for non-stop fun!

• Pack and Play available

Living Room –Upgraded and stylish furnishings, 65” TCL television with surround sound, and electric fireplace to make your nights comfortable and cozy.

Dining Room – Large dining table seats 10+ is perfect for family meals or game night.

Kitchen – Fully equipped chef’s kitchen, featuring upgraded stainless-steel appliances, sleek countertops, and all the essentials you need to cook up anything from casual snacks to full family dinners. Plus, with a dual Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, Instant Pot, air fryer and more, meal prep is a breeze whether you're cooking for a crowd or just keeping it simple.

Washer & Dryer are available. We provide laundry soap and products , but these are not guaranteed.

Full bathroom with tub and shower stocked with high end bath and body products and quality towels. Blow dryer available.

Outdoor Oasis

Step into your private and secluded resort-style backyard, complete with an inground plunge pool, sunny lounge areas, to soak up the Arizona sunshine, propane BBQ to cook up your favorite meal, a Gazebo area with propane fire pit, and a hammock for 2.

Challenge your crew to cornhole, darts, horseshoes, or enjoy oversized classics like Tetris XL and giant Jenga. Whether you're looking to unwind or get competitive, there’s something for everyone in this backyard playground!

Other things to note

We do have outdoor cameras on the property at the front door and driveway to ensure that occupancy is respected. No cameras in the back.

You will have access to the entire house with the exception of laundry room closet, hallway closet (for housekeeping) and the garage.

We try to keep our propane tanks filled. If for some reason you need to fill one, please send me the receipt for reimbursement.

Pursuant to Arizona Code, we do have door alarms and locks on ALL doors leading to the back

By reserving our home for your vacation, you agree to the following: 1. Children are to be supervised in the back yard and near the pool at ALL TIMES. 2. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the property, including but not limited to the swimming pool and any other amenities. By booking and staying at the property, guests agree to release the host/owner from any and all liability for injury, illness, or death that may occur during their stay. 3. No diving or jumping off the side of the pool. 4. No glass in the back yard is allowed. If broken glass is found, guest will be charged through Aircover for cleaning and refilling the swimming pool. 5. We would appreciate if you started a load of pool towels ONLY before you leave. 6. Please ensure that all dishes are washed. Please start the dishwasher. Housekeeping will put them away. 7. Please take out your trash (trash cans located on the side of the house). 9. No parties. This is NOT a party house. It is located in a quiet residential area. We respect our neighbors and hope you will too. 10. Please respect the City’s quiet times of 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Any Code calls will result in a $500 charge to the guest. 11. We do not allow pets 12. No smoking , vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the home. 13. Please abide by the check-in/out times. 14. We accommodate 12 guests. 15. No commercial photography or filming allowed.

Pool service comes Thursday morning. He will arrive through the side gate. He only takes a few minutes and will not disrupt your stay.

Trash day is Monday. Housekeeping will arrive Sunday to take out the cans and return Monday or Tuesday to bring them back in.
