Inside, the décor has a subtle tropical vibe with a dining table that seats four along with two club chairs, making this an inviting space to gather and socialize. The open-ended lanai is a great place to relax and take in the ocean and Molokai views all day. The bedroom features a Cal King bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and entertaining your guests. There is an in-unit washer & dryer and plenty of storage for your groceries, supplies and gear. Because J201 is an end unit, there is no corridor outside the bedroom and it is located away from the elevator and maintenance and service areas, making it one of quieter Papakea units. J201 features split system air conditioning in both the living and bedroom areas. Reliable Wi-Fi service at 100-200 Mbps is provided in the unit by Spectrum.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the J Bldg is slated for 1019-10/28/2026. Update as of 9/16/26: The schedule for the J building ground floor traffic coating project has been adjusted to: 10/20-11/19/26. No work 10/30-11/8 and 11/13-11/15/26. Update to the J Building Walkway project as of 10/30/26: The demo and prep work for the traffic coating work are complete. The traffic coating work is scheduled to begin on 11/9/26. The schedule for the J Building ground floor traffic coating work is being adjusted to include the entire first floor during the first period of traffic coating of 11/9 - 11/12 except for one stairwell. The application of the traffic coating for the one stairwell will be scheduled at the same time as the K building traffic coating work (11/30 - 12/3). The one stairwell work will not impact accesses. Traffic coating application: No Ground floor walkway or front door entry door access. (8 am - 7pm) 11/9-11/12/26.

· Seawall Repair Project (Phase 2): Dates 10/12/26 to 7/31/27. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction hours: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Oceanside rock restoration schedule depends on daily tide and ocean conditions. Construction will begin near the Molokai shuffleboard area and is expected to continue there into early 2027. Work is expected to proceed towards Building L until complete.

Posted 9/24/26: The Lanai putting greens will be closed for maintenance from 9/29-11/10/26. The Molokai putting greens will be available during the Lanai service maintenance.
