'Rooms were clean and staff were amazing. Truly enjoyed the variety for breakfast everyday and how attentive the staff were. One thing that we had qualms about would be the long wait for elevators during peak hours but it was a great stay overall. '

'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. The extra bed we had was a shame, looked like a cheap hostel bed and slept like that as well, while for the extra...

'Slight issues with checking in but was resolved easily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was very nice and lots of walkable store and restaurants. '
