Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates.
