- No parties or events – Small, quiet gatherings are fine
- Any damages will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Please tidy up and leave the apartment as you found it.
- Use designated bins for all rubbish.
- Check-in from 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Pets – Not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- A refundable security deposit (equivalent to one night’s stay) is required to confirm your booking. It will be fully refunded after checkout, provided no rules are violated and no damage has occurred.
