Our property is an immaculate 3 bedroom penthouse situated in the prime location of Quinta da Boa Nova. It is located equal distance from both the fishing village of Ferragudo and the bustling resort of Carvoeiro. Tourist Tax

Please note : With effect from 1st May 2024 the Portuguese Tax Authorities introduced a Tourist Tax in the Algarve region. The tax is charged per person/per night in all tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/per stay.

The tax is levied on guests aged 13 or over and is applied throughout the year in accordance with the stipulated amounts:

€1 per overnight stay per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, between November 1st and March 31st - low season.

€2 per night and per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season.

The payment needs to be made prior to your arrival and must be paid by bank transfer to the host, as it is not included in the rental cost.
