'Good'

'My biggest issue was the door closures/locks. You HAVE to slam it to close the door, this made for a lot of noise throughout the night. Second the walls are thin. I question the cleanliness of the room as well, in particular the shower walls. The room was comfortable and they are remodeling so hopefully things will improve.'

'We stayed in an oversized king room on the top floor. The room was larger than anticipated and a nice design. Our floor was very quiet. The only negative was trying to get hot water at the tap. The shower eventually got warm/hot but only when it was pushed to the hottest setting.'

'Location worked, the problem was…. Full size bed and the bathroom sink appeared to be an afterthought. Never seen a smaller area for a bathroom sink and it was behind an open door….. very very poor design.'

'Bed bugs'

'I had a room on the ground floor.easy access to the fitness center, laundry room and swimming pool.'

'relaxing and quiet'

'There was mold in the room and on the shower curtain. The ice machine didn't work. And I went down to the grab and go breakfast before 8:00 am and nothing was there.'

'Clean, easy parking, next to Cindy restaurant. Great food.'

'The sand screen has a big hole. The bathroom door is broken. There was nothing but the towels. The staff in the front desk is not friendly at all'

'The property had just been renovated. However the construction dirt and dust was never cleaned up just wet mopped over. The bathroom door did not close, shower was dirty. The main elevator was non-functional. The outside doors on the side of the building did not close properly and anyone could walk right in anytime, which we did numerous times the other door down by the elevator that worked was propped open with a big piece of wood. The fire dept hook-up was disconnected. Did not feel safe at...

'Very old building. Some cobwebs. Carpet was pretty dirty.'

'Waterpark and rooms okay, but AC/heat made loud noise when fan stopped that woke me up. Asked for a fan to drown out noise but they didn’t have one. Water came out of tub spout as much as shower head. No food availability Sunday evening through Tuesday.'

'Room was clean, staff helpful, not much of a breakfast'

'The whole place was extremely nice, very nice welcoming staff. Only complaint was that the pool heater wasn’t working correctly.'
