While this is a ground-level condo, guests must use steps to access the home, as there are multiple stairs to get from the parking lot to the building, and steps to get to the home from the entrance of the building. Onsite amenities include a newly renovated saltwater pool with several patio tables and chairs, public gas grills, a kid's playground, tennis/basketball courts and a coin operated laundry facilities next to the pool area. The condo property is located a short walking distance to the Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee activities, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Gunstock Mountain is 10 minutes away while a 45-minute drive you’ll arrive at Loon and Waterville Valley.
