The space
Split level house. Two double beds and one trundle. An inflatable mattress is available upon request. The living room is on the main floor. Go up 7 steps to 3 bedrooms and large bath (with tub). Go down from the living room 7 steps to the laundry room, dining area and kitchen. Washer and dryer are available along with a 55" smart TV. There is an unfinished basement. Wifi is now available. There are table games, corn hole, lots of dvd’s, and wood and chairs provided for small fires for weiner and Smores roasting. No cats or dogs or smoking in the house. It is 1.5 miles from state hunting and hiking trails, minutes from Woodford county line, 6 miles from Midway Duck Inn, 7 miles from town for more dining options and shopping. 1/4 mile from the Sun Foundation's Art & Science Camp held in June. I will accommodate small sleep over parties with a request. Bring your tents and camp in the extra lot. There is a minimum of one month booking for Dec-Feb. These months will be blocked out on the calendar but can reserve upon request. There may be Asian beetles and box elder bugs in the early spring and fall. This is when the temperature is in the 60’s. They are mainly on the south side of the house. There is a shop vac that is there to vacuum them up. Keep this in consideration before booking and feel free to ask what the conditions are before booking. They are not there in the summer and winter.
