'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '

'During my 3 day stay breakfast was great!! The pool was clean and amazing! The room was clean and neat!! AC and Hot water was perfect!! Beds and pillows were comfy!! 'One elevator (of two) was not working which meant a long wait for the one operable elevator. The microwave in my originally assigned room was not working. As a result, the only option was to change rooms which was very inconvenient. The person at the front desk was generally uncooperative regarding the microwave issue. None of the local tv channels in San Antonio were accessible.
In general, I would not recommend this property for travelers staying in San Antonio. '

'When checking in the front desk informed us that our room had been over sold and they would be providing us a 1 night stay at a hotel just a couple minutes down the road, which they did but at the cost of our plans for the first 2 days of our trip, once we did get checked in the staff and hotel was nice, and had a decent breakfast.'
