'Bij aankomst om 19.00 bleek de geboekte kamer niet schoon te zijn. We moesten een half uur wachten en kregen een vuile kamer. Na dit aangegeven te hebben kregen we een andere kamer. Het prijsklasse verschil hebben we later zelf aangegeven . Gelukkig kregen we dit terug'

'Checking in the first night Layne (staff) was very helpful and hospital. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing Holiday Inn'

'Unfortunately, our stay was rather disappointing and fell short of the expectations created by the hotel's website and photographs. On arrival, the reception staff were friendly, cheerful and welcoming. However, the first thing I noticed was the amount of dust and crumbs covering the reception desk, telephone and computer; not the best first impression when checking into a hotel! Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...

'Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!'

'The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!'

'WiFi needs to be improved. In certain area in the same hotel room the signal would drop which is odd and inconvenient.'

'Good hotel with lots to eat and super markets close by. Great to visit Mount Renier from this hotel! Do not book something closer to the national parc (maybe only inside the parc), it is better to drive a bit.'

'Fijn hotel. Kleine badkamer met wastafel in kamer. Wifi kan beter (waren aan het testen. Diner opties op loopafstand.'

'Mooi hotel, waren op doorreis en kwamen toevallig hier terecht, maar perfect hotel !!'
