"Mooi uitzicht op de Falls "

"First, the rooms have airco, but this is a mobile airco. Thus this makes a terrible noise. The hose was torn. And already 3 times repaired with tape. I told the receptionist at arrival emediatly. He would take care off it. After 2 days no improvement. Still broken. Further the view from the balcony at the back off the hotel is a total different story, then on the frontside. The noise at the back side is substantial. The inside off the room is bit tired and need a fresh up. The breakfast was oké. Sliced bread. A croissant. Egg sausages. No cheese or meat. No fresh jus de oranges. Er was fruit salad. Muffins. Pastries. The staff needs to be on a course, what it means to be hospitable. Location is perfect. Everything in walking distance. So rounding up. I would not book this hotel again. Despite the perfect location. Reason, the rooms have no split airco unit. So when it’s warm. It is not possible to sleep with air conditioning on. The noise off the mobile airco is to loud. And I find it questionable that a hotel is telling that there is airco. That it is a mobile one. Other is that when I see the remarks off guest, and the reply off the staff on it. It is always not to blame on the staff and hotel. I bet that they will do the same with this review. Overall I give this hotel a 7 off 10. "
