Hotels in de buurt van Houhai-meer (Beijing)

'This is our first trip without joining a tourists to China with our children. Our first stop is Xi’an. Second stop is Beijing. We choose this hotel for many reasons. It is closer to the subway station. We can walk to the Drum Tower and 什剎海。 The plants are inside out. We also wanted non smoking room; which is hard to find. We had experienced many hotels that has smell from the hallway to the room. That is not the case in here. It is definitely non smoking! In compare, this was the most pleasure...

'Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of vegetarian options. Laundry was good - keep loads small.'

'goed hotel met een zeer goede ligging, minpunten - traag internet, zeer moeilijk om koffie te krijgen voor het ontbijt, wachttijd oplopend tot 30 minuten!'

'Cute little hotel in an amazing location! If you want to experience the charm of staying in a traditional Beijing hutong, this is the place. I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was wonderful—especially Sherry, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They even did my laundry for free, which was such a nice surprise! Even though the hotel is in a busy area, you really don’t hear the outside noise, which was a big plus. The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are a little thin, so if...

'Super'

'Really nice little hotel in the Hutong :) Staff is very friendly but does not speak much english to be prepared with a translate app:) The little cort yard is a piece of Heaven in the middel of Beijing'

'The staff is so friendly!'

'Hotel was decent overall with a trendy retro theme and friendless staff who speak good English. However WiFi in the room was unreliable and the bed linens were low quality. But the neighborhood is excellent with lots of cool restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.'

'The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great service!'

'Everything is good just hardly to get uber or taxi, the hotel stay in the narrow streets and waiting for a uber seems need 10 ~15 minutes'

'Hôtel superbe, personnel très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont très agréables et jolies. Petit plus pour l’emplacement ! Attention quand même aux rues très étroite pour les taxi/didi.'

'Goed hotel, goede service! Zeker een aanrader. Alleen de ligging is niet ideaal, redelijk stuk lopen naar een metrostation en directe omgeving is niet erg luxe.'

'We are traveling from US. We have been to many places in China. We enjoyed staying in a traditional Beijing style hotel in local Beijing neighborhood. The staff are super helpful and nice. No issues with staffs or the hotel, but the local area is a bit far from subway and attractions. The shower room is nice but there aren’t any hooks and there is no dryer for clothes.'

'We loved the location. It is in a beautiful, quaint neighborhood, very near to main attractions like the Forbidden City. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. It is fun to stay in a place with so much character. Our kids loved staying in the upstairs loft. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Fijn en mooi hotel in een rustige straat waarvandaan je snel op veel bijzondere plekken bent. Receptioniste spreekt aardig engels. '
