'The stay was comfortable, as expected. Brian at the front desk was very helpful and assisted me in reserving the best room. However, housekeeping needs to be a little more vigilant. Some of the dishes were not properly cleaned and had been left dirty inside the dishwasher. Additionally, someone had cut a plastic bottle and left it inside the dressing cabinet in my son’s room, which unfortunately went unnoticed by housekeeping. Overall, we loved our stay. The property is beautiful, and we...

Mooie omgeving. Veel restaurantjes en winkels in de omgeving.'

'Mag wel een update krijgen en opfrisbeurt'

'New hotel in a very convenient location. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice breakfast and friendly staff.'

'I wanted to enjoy our stay here but unfortunately the lack of customer service had a dramatic impact on our stay. We were excited to use the hot tub (myself and my two children). No one was outside so I figured it would be a good time to go down so the kids didn’t bug anyone. The hot tub was at 78 degrees. It was freezing. So we left and went back home to the room. I called the staff about 15 times with no answer to turn up the hot tub. We left the lid open in the hopes we would be back down...

'The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept, the staff were so friendly, the restaurants were delicious. We will be back'

'Clean room, staff are helpful and respectful, good airconfitioning, comfortable bed and clean beddings and towels'

'Comfortable, friendly manager, Quiet at night, Could be better: Light and aico noise in the bathroom when light is turned on during the night.'

'Time for major renovations….basics were there…bathroom was clean , water was hot…but no drinking glasses, Kleenex, no chair or table in the room. Did have coffee and tea available in the lobby. Our room key was in an envelope on the desk…no one around! Front door open all night.'

'The room was dirty; it hadn't been cleaned. Also, the description didn't match reality.'
