'Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, das Brot frisch und lecker. Sehr guter Kaffee. Wir haben dort auch zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.'

'Kalm. sjiek en statig hotel. Zeer schoon, 2 verschillende restaurants met beide heerlijk Zwitsers eten. Ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en heel veel rust :-). Daarnaast een grote gym en spa. Ik kom zeker terug!'

'The level of service really depends on the individual staff which is present. Overall staff is pretty good and nice. At breakfast you're served well, during the day you may have to search for staff. Occasionally there's only 1 member of staff working at the desk, which may leave you waiting for a while. I experienced when trying to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes when I was in a hurry. There's plenty of parking space available, a lot of nature around the hotel, you can go for a walk in...

'The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Horgen and still close to the lake and public transport. The room was quite cosy, but since the building is very old, one can hear a lot of footsteps from the room above. Other than that and the too stuffed pillows, my stay was great. Lots of attention to detail and a huge selection on the breakfast buffet.'
