'The hotel was good but the spa was dirty, It was closed for a couple of weeks and when they opened, they didn’t bother to clean the pools. They also had construction equipment lying around, and there was paint stains in the spa. For that amount of money you’d think there would be a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness.'

'This was an amazing place to stay! I highly recommend it. It was a unique experience and was so much fun!'

'I had an amazing stay in Blackstone Mountain. Incredibly friendly staff and close by the gorgeous town of Canmore, would definitely like to visit again in the near future!'

'Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful.'

'We had a wonderful stay!'

'Property was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of room around the bed though. Quite a step down when you enter the premises which could be a hazard for some. All in all - great for a comfortable sleep which was all we had time for.'

'Things were missing in the unit .. There were no pot scrubbers to clean pots and pans .there was no toilet bowl cleaner to clean the toilets on a long stay .. House keeping was not there . at all . When after 2 days in my stay I asked for them to take the towles from the bathroom and the trash .. I let them know i would not be in the unit from 1 - 930 that evening and when i got back it had not been done .. These are the things that can be inproved upon . The unit was lovely The beds...

'The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.'
