'Wir wurden super nett von unserer Vermieterin Sanja empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genau erklärt und viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön dafür 👌👍👋. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Ein paar Stufen und man ist an einer kleinen Bucht, wo man auch direkt baden kann. Für unseren Hund war das auch super. Die Promenade mit vielen Shops und Restaurants ist in 2 Minuten erreicht . Abends hört man davon sehr wenig, also es war sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet....

'Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von dem Vermieter herzlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation lief absolut einwandfrei und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, ist gerade bei Reisen mit Kindern total super. Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist allerdings der große Balkon mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. 'A clean, cozy apartment with a beautiful view of the marina from the balcony and from the bed in the bedroom. Descent to the promenade is possible via a gentle circular path or down stairs. I recommend it for active people. A longer walk is recommended after eating, so this activity before bed is perfect. For us it was optimal. Morning jogging was also not a problem with such a difference in elevation. Our nine-year-old son had no problems with stairs. In Rabac, apart from the blue flag beaches,...

'Eine ganz liebe Vermieterin ( deutschsprachig ). Sehr zuvorkommend, hat sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert. Top Lage, man ist schnell überall. Die Promenade ist um die Ecke. Man hat auf den beiden Terassen seine Ruhe. Schöner Meerblick. Eigentlich braucht man das Auto nicht, man bekommt alles vor Ort. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles, was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😘👍 Vielen lieben Dank 😘'

'Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und die Möbel neuwertig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist überragend. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.'

'Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geräumig. Alles entsprach genau den Fotos / der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre waren absolut traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

'Wij hebben een uitstekende vakantie gehad in deze woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een prachtig uitzicht. Een klein punt van kritiek is de onprettige rioollucht die soms merkbaar is. De laatste 5 km naar de woning is een smalle en lastige weg, maar voor ons geen probleem gebleken. '

'Basic appartment, remember your own soap, toilet papir, washing up liquid, kitchen towels, coffee filters... You will not cook a big meal there, but there is a grill in the garden. Bathroom was fine and big, good storage in the flat, beds quite hard, but that is quite common. On the other side, you will mostly sleep there, sit on the nice balcony, with shadow in the morning and sun in the evening, we had a top app. and the view was fantastic, making up for everything else. 'casa comoda , ma necessaria auto per la spiaggia...strada veramente in salita per tornare a casa a piedi!! Unico difetto è che al balcone vista mare si accede solo dalla camera da letto e non dalla cucina...inoltre il tavolino del balcone è veramente piccolo per mangiare in 4! proprietario gentile e disponibile'

'Siamo stati due settimane in questo residence e ci siamo trovati molto bene: appartamento come da foto, pulito e confortevole con balcone vista mare; curati sia il giardino che la piscina. A pochi minuti d'auto si raggiungono le spiagge e il lungomare con diversi negozi e ristoranti. Consigliato!'

'Nice property for 2 but not 4 .Air-conditioning was next to balcony not in bedroom so very hot at night .No comfy seating to watch tv only beds.Lovely views but long walk to beach front .'

'It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay.'

'Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der Weg dorthin ist etwas eng an manchen Stellen, ist halt eine alte kroatische Straße. Schöne Ausflüge nach Rijeka, Labin, Rabac und auch Rovinji möglich'
