Maison du large – Sea View

On the ground floor, the living-dining area opens onto a south-facing terrace with an electric barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and a large fridge-freezer. There is also a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet on this level.



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, one with a trundle bed, and a living room/bedroom with sea view), all with TVs, as well as a second toilet. A spiral staircase from the terrace leads to a sea-view solarium, the perfect spot to enjoy the panorama. Parking and a bike storage room are included.



The property is prepared with care; please respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option for an additional charge. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away the dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out the trash and other waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions.



Please send a message on the morning of your arrival to indicate your estimated arrival time.



Please do not subscribe to internet options (prime, video on demand). If this rule is not respected, extra charges may apply.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.
