Just 2 km from the village of La Thuile and its small natural lake (swimming allowed) in the Bauges Mountains, nestled in a lush green setting, surrounded by meadows and mountains, make the most of your stay to recharge and unwind or admire the panoramic view stretching all the way to the Belledonne Range. An ideal spot far from the city and the crowds, in a naturally beautiful setting! Located in a hamlet of three houses, this cottage—part of a family home—has been completely renovated to highlight the natural light and the views of the landscape, which are like living paintings. In winter, nearby ski villages offer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing on marked trails (Aillons le Jeune 18 km, La Féclaz 21 km, Margériaz 24 km); in summer, you can swim at Lake Thuile (2 km), the Challes-les-Eaux recreation center (13 km), or Lake Bourget (30 km). Hiking trails start right from the chalet, leading to Pic de la Sauge and La Galoppaz. The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a house that also contains another rental unit. There are two separate entrances (one from the parking lot through the basement and the other via an outdoor staircase at the back of the chalet). First level: entryway, separate kitchen, living room (sofa bed for 2 people, 140x190 cm) and sitting area (TV) opening onto the balcony and the double terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), and a bathroom (shower with toilet). Shared amenities: 50 m² basement with foosball table, boiler room/laundry room (washer and dryer). Natural grass yard (1,000 m²). Shared parking for 5 vehicles.
