The Space:

Guest Access:

Property Access: The three-story building is located above the "La Bodega" café at 180 Manuel Pineda Street, Commercial Zone, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The main entrance is a black wrought iron gate. To access the property, locate the safe on the door, enter the code, and slide the latch to retrieve the keys. Once inside, go up the stairs to the first floor, turn left, and you will find two apartments; yours is the one on the left. You will have access to your apartment, which is equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave), a bathroom with hot water and toiletries, a balcony, a TV, and Wi-Fi. You will also have access to the rooftop pool. The digital code for the door will be sent upon arrival. Close the door and press the lock button to secure it.

Nestled in the heart of La Paz's Zona Comercial, your apartment offers unparalleled access to the city's highlights. A short walk will take you to the iconic Malecón, where you can soak up the atmosphere and enjoy panoramic views. Indulge in culinary adventures with a diverse selection of restaurants catering to every taste, from fresh seafood to authentic Mexican cuisine. Explore nearby shops for unique finds and souvenirs. The neighborhood's central location also provides easy access to local transportation, making it simple to explore other attractions La Paz has to offer. Experience the charm and convenience of this sought-after area. You might hear noises from cars and pets in the area; it’s not common, but it can happen.



Getting Around:

Getting around La Paz is a breeze from our apartment. Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located a short walk away on the main avenues. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also easily accessible. For those arriving by air, Manuel Márquez de León International Airport (LAP) is approximately a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the street, and while it's generally safe, please be mindful of local parking regulations. The apartment's central location in Zona Comercial means you're close to everything, making exploring La Paz without a car a convenient option



Other Things to Note:

Water and power interruptions are a general issue throughout La Paz, not specific to this property, and are more common during the summer hurricane season, typically lasting 4-5 hours. These interruptions can also occur at other times of the year.

As your host, we monitor our water levels closely, and we have the option to send a water truck (pipa) if needed to keep the property supplied. To help us avoid running into these issues, we kindly ask that you use water consciously, turning it off when it's not needed. Recycled water is also an easy way to help conserve, both for us and for the environment.





Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The apartment is located at Manuel Pineda 180, Zona Comercial, La Paz. Parking is available on the street; please be mindful of local parking regulations. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
