The Space:

Casa Linda has 3 bedrooms. All with a Queen bed, the master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other bathroom is shared by the other 2 bedrooms.



It has its own garage for one car.



The house has a terrace overlooking the Bay of La Paz and the golf course.



Easy access to the community pool.



The Resort has 2 beach clubs: Blue Cortes and Puerto. Our guests have access to both. (Subject to availability).



We have golf carts available (Additional price and subject to availability)



Additionally we can include cleaning, cook, catering and transportation.

Blue Cortés Beach Club – Important Notice:

Access to Blue Cortés Beach Club is subject to resort policies and is outside of our control.

Currently, entry requires a minimum consumption of $800 MXN per person, charged directly to the guest’s credit card. This minimum also applies to children over 12 years old.



Starting Semana Santa / Spring Break 2026, Blue Cortés Beach Club will become members-only, and guest access will no longer be permitted.



All resort amenities operate under schedules, availability, and regulations set by Puerta Cortés administration, which may change without prior notice.

Golf cart rental is not included with Casa Linda and is available for an additional cost, typically ranging from USD 60 to USD 120 per night, depending on the model and length of stay.



To rent and operate a golf cart, guests must provide:



A valid driver’s license



Signed liability waiver



Refundable security deposit



Outside the resort, downtown La Paz and the Malecón are approximately a 10–15 minute drive. Taxis and private transportation are available, and our team can assist with transfers or private drivers upon request.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Linda is pet-friendly with prior authorization only. Pets are not allowed without advance approval.



Only small pets are accepted, with a maximum weight of 10 kg (20 lbs).



One pet per reservation is allowed unless otherwise approved.



Service or emotional support animals must provide official documentation, a valid health certificate, and proof of assistance in accordance with applicable regulations.



An additional pet fee and a refundable security deposit apply and will be communicated prior to check-in.



Pets may not be left unattended inside the property for extended periods and must always be supervised.



Pets are not permitted in pools, common areas, Beach Clubs, or shared facilities within Las Colinas or Puerta Cortés, as per community regulations.



Guests are fully responsible for any damages, extra cleaning, or violations caused by their pet, both inside the home and throughout the community.



Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with house rules and resort regulations.
