Detached villa of 110 square meters surrounded by thick vegetation that directly overlooks the sea. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. Villa Mica inside is arranged on two slightly sloped levels. The large new eat-in kitchen with panoramic views of the island of Caprera allows you to prepare an excellent breakfast while enjoying the first rays of the sunrise. The living room has two large armchairs and a very comfortable genuine leather sofa. In front, a large Smart TV with which you can enjoy your subscriptions through the most popular apps. A Hi-Fi stereo with Bluetooth and CD/Radio player. Everyone goes crazy for the possibility of listening to their own compilations by connecting their smartphone at sunset. The two large windows bring the sea into the house. The small private bay frames the entire living room. There is also an extendable table but almost one hundred percent, you will always have lunch on the terrace. Although there's no need for air conditioning, you'll find the air conditioner ready to cool you down in an ultra-quiet way.
There are 4 bedrooms (three double and one with two single beds) all with a window that overlooks either the garden or the sea front, to the north and east. There are 3 bathrooms. In particular, we recommend the larger one with a panoramic shower. Behind it and on the west side, there is a large pine forest with hammocks. The second sundress is located to the east in front of the Island of Caprera with a breathtaking view.
