The ground floor comprises a separate fitted kitchen, a large living/dining room accessible by two steps, four bedrooms (1: 160x200cm bed with en-suite bathroom, 2: 160x200cm bed with en-suite shower room, 3: 140x190cm bed, 4: 90x190cm bed), and three separate toilets.
