Superb housing very suitable for families. Groups of young party goers will not be validated post booking.

It is located on the third floor of the beautiful residence Cap Riviera-Indigo, built in 2007 at La Motte du Couchant, in a pleasant green setting, just a few steps from the sea. You will be able to access the beaches without having to pass a road. The nearest shops are two minutes walk.

The apartment is very spacious. On 76 m2 of surface you will find a bright living room, two bedrooms, an American kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hall. The whole is completed by a south facing terrace of 21m2, with sea view, a loggia of 11m2 and on request by an outdoor parking space or a private garage.

The layout of the apartment is modern and neat.

From the living / dining room of 33m2 you access through a large bay window to the terrace. The living room is equipped with two convertible sofas, a table for up to twelve people, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with TNT, satellite reception of international channels, a DVD player and a stereo HIFI. If you wish, you can also have access to broadband internet as well as a landline telephone.

The American kitchen is generously equipped. Here you will find an oven, a hob with four hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave, two refrigerators / freezers, a washing machine, a kettle, a steam cooker, a service as well as a fridge. many kitchen tools. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine.

Big apartment with great balcony

Apartment is nice and clean and its balcony is very suny, which we appreciated very much. the garage is very small, but for our car it was ok (hyundai ix20). Many dogs in the building, so our dog was very welcomed by others. Very quiet place and very near to the beach. Because we were here off season, our dog could walk unleashed at the beach. Kitchen is normally equipped, but there were only three bigger cups. Maybe this could be stocked up. My family had a very pleasant stay there and we totally recommend the apartment.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20 h et avons constaté que le code de la boîte à clés qui nous avait été communiqué était erroné. Nous avons appelé la conciergerie qui ne nous a pas répondu tout de suite et nous a ensuite donné le bon code. Les propriétaires ne se sont même pas excusés ils nous ont juste envoyé un message nous précisant qu’ils s’étaient trompés de code. Si nous étions arrivés plus tard nous n’aurions pas pu avoir accès à l’appartement ce qui est inconcevable . Le ménage était fait de façon approximative notamment la salle de bains et surtout les toilettes. Trois jours après notre retour nous avons reçu un message nous signifiant qu’une somme serait prélevée sur notre compte pour une table que nous aurions endommagée ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas. Ayant quitté l’appartement le mercredi soir le concierge est passé le jeudi matin et il est étonnant de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelles avant le samedi.Cette table ikea avait une patte mobile nous l’avions effectivement constaté le deuxième jour. Le propriétaire que j’ai contacté me dit que la table n’était pas endommagée avant notre arrivée ce qui est faux. Bref très mauvaise expérience.

Très bel appartement, vaste, clair, excellente distribution des pièces. Propreté méticuleuse, accueil très professionnel au top. Equipements de très bon niveau, literie d'un confort excellent. Super séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à six, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre dans une très belle résidence avec parking privé très proche de la plage. Il très facile de se rendre à vélo ou à pieds (un peu plus long) au centre de la Grande Motte en utilisant exclusivement les voies réservées à cet effet. Les propriétaires sont parfaitement à l'écoute et très réactifs au moindre souci. Nous recommandons chaudement.
