You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as two balconies with a breathtaking view on the mountains.

The apartment:
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A beautiful bright living room, facing south with a lounge area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine... Washing machine with dryer.

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 160 x 200 cm
- Bedroom 2 : perfect for children with a bunk bed (2 beds), a pull-out bed (1 bed), a single bed and an access to the balcony.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and hair dryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- A first balcony, facing south and accessible from the living room equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun facing the mountain panorama!
- A second balcony facing north, accessible from bedroom 2.
- Ski room
- Secure garage, accessible for any type of individual car

- You will be ideally located to enjoy a stay in the middle of nature!
- The apartment is located at the foot of the ski slopes.
- Ski school (ESF) at 50 m from the apartment.
- Direct access to the chalet on skis (slopes at 50 m)
- In summer, the hiking trails are less than 50 meters away.
- In the Plan de la Giettaz there is a restaurant and a sports store.
- At 3 km : mini-market, restaurants, tourist office, tobacconist's and newspaper shop, bar-tabac.
- You will find all the shops at 10 km from the apartment, in Flumet, Megève or La Clusaz.

- You will be directly on the ski slopes!
- The Portes du Mont Blanc ski area of 150 kms extends to Combloux and Megève.
- In winter : ski touring, snowshoeing, sledding and dog sledding are the main activities.
- In summer: discovery of the fauna and flora, mountain hiking, mountain biking, swimming at the Flumet lake (10kms)

Transportation :
- The car is the best means of transportation.
- A shuttle from Le Plan to La Giettaz and Flumet available in season.
