Génesis luxury home La Fortuna, es un sueño hecho realidad para nuestra familia, en este lugar lograrás percibir una amalgama perfecta entre buena ubicación, tranquilidad, buen gusto, romanticismo, calor familiar y sobre todo amor en todo lo que se encuentra dentro y fuera de esta casa, disfrutando de un buen vino a la luz de la luna en nuestro hermoso balcón, relajándote en nuestro jacuzzi con hidromasaje, o bien, disfrutando en familia de nuestra refrescante y hermosa piscina.
Nuestras habitaciones cuentan con cortinas blackout, de modo que puedes descansar a cualquier hora del día.
La cocina está completamente equipada para cocinar cualquier cosa, y porque no, un delicioso pan horneado.
Desde la puerta del frente de la casa, podrás observar la piscina (totalmente privada), y la vista de la habitación principal es hacia la piscina y hacia el jardín.
También contamos con un lugar hermoso para hacer malvaviscos y pasar un buen rato en familia o con los amigos.
Estamos cerca del centro de La fortuna y de todas las actividades que se pueden realizar en esta bella zona del país.
Muy cerca de nuestra casa puedes encontrar tours para ver perezosos , senderos para ver animales y caminatas por bosques primarios donde puedes disfrutar de refrescantes pozas y cascadas a muy bajo costo.

Jose, our house conceirge, was fantastic. Answered all of my questions, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and even went out of his way to get me a (brand new) yoga mat so I could workout in the yard/on the concrete near the hot tub. The space was adequate for a family of 5. The only thing missing was a dishwasher and a tv in the kids’ room (so they didn’t have to invade ours ). Also I wasn’t aware that the house is right next to a main road. The traffic was unbelievably loud every night. So loud and close nobody could really sleep and the windows shook. The owner must know this is a problem because there were ear plugs available in our room but I don’t recall the listing or any reviews mentioning it.

Communication with the host was excellent. The house is basically two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and a kitch with eating area. There isn't any indoor living room/space.

Loved the garden!

Thanks so much for having us! The house was comfortable and clean. The garden, pool and jacuzzi were top notch! Gorgeous landscaping and a perfect place to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evening and listen to the frogs. Our host was so helpful and accommodating. And he even showed us around his farm and showed us a sloth on the property. I can't say enough about how wonderful Jose was and how great the property was. Just a short drive from Fortuna and very close to a Soda . Thank you and Pura Vida!!

Amazing place for a family to enjoy La Fortuna

My family and I just finished our stay at Genesis Luxury Home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. First of all, the house is located about 10 minutes outside of La Fortuna, away from the hustle and bustle of town but very close to everything you might want to enjoy while in the area. The house itself is very clean, well stocked with necessities and situated on a very private and spacious property. My kids especially loved the pool area. We used it every day after our adventures in the area. The real draw is the owner, Jose, and his family. They are very warm and welcoming. They responded quickly to all our requests, gave us a tour around their family property, and were incredibly kind to us during our stay. We would honestly return to the area just to visit them. When you’re near La Fortuna, don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it.

Best Host Ever - Loved Our Stay!

José met us at casa with tapped coconuts from his farm (refreshing/nice touch); he showed us property & how-to’s. (Tip: house has fridge w/filter & ice: don’t need bottled water). We watched many bird species & even made s’mores on fire. We loved the pool; extra bathroom & shower outside was great. It was refreshing & beautiful after long day of tours. Host brought us a traditional CR dessert & made sure we had extra firewood. In-room A/C was great recovery ea night & earplugs drowned motorcycles. Casa is ~14 min from town, but worth it for bigger/nicer place, pool, firepit, hot tub/bath, & safety. José even provided free tour of farm: sloth, Red Frogs, & more. Great for families & couples, alike. Definitely recommending this place to others!!

Fabulous host Great location

Jose greated us with fresh cold coconut waters, and fresh homemade tamales. He was attentive to our every need & very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The house is in the country off a main road, easy to find & about 10 minutes to downtown La Fortuna. The beds were comfortable, no bugs in the house! and washing machine and dryer were a real plus! Jose also invited us to his home for a personal nature hike & tour of his yucca company. It was fascinating! This host was outstanding in every way! We would not hesitate to stay in his casita again. It is his caring that made this an A+ stay & experience!!

!!ATTENTION!! La localisation de ce logement est inexacte! Il n’est pas situé à LaFortuna tel que décrit dans l’annonce! Le logement est à 15 minutes en voiture de LaFortuna au milieu de nulle part. Ça change l’atmosphère et les plans de vacances….

This is a unique property with a really cool rooftop patio. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it has comfortable accommodations and with two bunk beds in one of the rooms it can sleep a larger group. The kitchen and eating area are a comfortable size. There isn’t really a living room to watch movies or hang out as a group, but we weren’t there long anyway. It’s great for a place to have as home base when you’re exploring La Fortuna!

Wonderful!

This place exceeded our expectations. About 10 minutes out of La Fortuna it’s in the country with a great view of Arenal. It’s nicely furnished and outfitted and there is an outdoor hot tub. The hosts were really helpful including providing us with fruit on arrival.
