If you’re looking to spend your vacation in Provence, Jérôme Pascal, a winemaker from Bandol, invites you to stay at the “Cinsault” vacation rental, nestled among the vineyards. Our region is rich in sunshine—and in so many other ways as well (culture, recreation, and cuisine). Just 5 km from the sea, Cinsault is an old Provençal semi-detached house located in a small hamlet in the countryside near La Cadière-d’Azur. Completely renovated and decorated in the traditional Provençal style—light ochre with green shutters—it offers great comfort and reversible air conditioning (living room and bedrooms). This 85-square-meter vacation rental, with a separate entrance, outdoor space, and private parking, is designed to accommodate 6 people, with bed linens, towels, and table linens provided for your stay. On the first floor is the large living area (living room/dining room) with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, and fridge/freezer), and a separate restroom. Guests will appreciate the Matisse bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and its attached bathroom (bathtub and sink) on the first floor. A staircase leads upstairs to three rooms: the large Coquelicot bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90x200), a closet, and a desk; the large Cézanne bedroom, featuring two single beds (90x200), a closet, and a desk; on the landing, a bathroom (with sloped ceiling, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet). Enjoy the private shaded terrace with a view of the vineyard and pine forest, complete with a garden table and a barbecue. From the terrace, follow the path up to the swimming pool (11.4 x 4.2 m), which is secured by fences; this relaxation area is shared with two families.
