We are offering this charming 37 m² flat for rent in the town of La Bresse, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 5th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with bunk beds, a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower and toilet.

Outside:
- A balcony of approximately 5 m², facing south/south-east, with views of the ski resort and the valley, furnished for enjoying sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a cot.

The flat is situated near La Bresse, in a very pleasant setting. In La Bresse, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
La Bresse, situated in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for both summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label. The Vosges offer a wealth of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter:

In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, walks through the woods and around numerous lakes, including Lispach, where you can fish for pike, carp, perch and trout…
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking…
- Visits: confectionery shop, clog-making workshop, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter:
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (a 5-minute walk from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small, family-friendly resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic Centre: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, an international biathlon stadium, a floodlit trail, toboggan runs and an ice rink.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building’s private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- A winter shuttle bus to the ski slopes.
- Nearest railway station: Remiremont station, a 40-minute drive away.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine Airport, a 2 hour 4 minute drive away.

Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
