A free parking space is available right in front of the apartment for added convenience. Everything is brand new, designed for your comfort and independence, in a modern and welcoming atmosphere. INFORMATION: Bed linen and towels are available upon reservation for €40 per stay. This service is mandatory for same-day bookings or if I do not receive a response 48 hours before arrival. Cleaning is mandatory: €50 payable on site. We provide a free baby cot for your stay upon request. Upon arrival, we will provide a complimentary bottle of water and some coffee capsules. Coffee, laundry and dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and garbage bags are provided. These amenities are offered only at the beginning of the stay; the rest is at the travelers' expense.
