Located on the 1st floor with elevator and private parking space in a quiet and secure residence (gate and digicode), the apartment is composed as follows:

• A bright living room with double sofa bed, TV and table with extension that can accommodate up to 6 people.
• A modern open kitchen, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer... everything you need to cook with ease.
• A superb south-facing terrace of 36 m² with a view of Monticello:
plancha, deckchairs, large adjustable parasol, garden furniture and table for your outdoor meals.

🛏️ Sleeping area:
• Bedroom 1: a comfortable queen-size bed, travel cot available.
• Bedroom 2: two single beds.
• Bed linen and towels not provided but possibility of rental.
• A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, mirror and hairdryer.
• Separate toilet.
