'We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. 'We stayed one night on our way back to the SW and very much look forward to our return. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and cozy with a large bathroom, the grounds are beautiful and the pool with drink and food service was a perfect place to recharge. I can imagine this Mas being even cozier in the winter months! Do bring mosquito repellent if staying in the summer.
